I specialize in weight training for men and women. Training is based on their goals (ex. Weight loss, building muscle, maintenance). I train clients to have proper form and technique. It not just about having a client do an exercise, but teaching the client the purpose of the exercise. You get results along with knowledge to be confident to go into the gym on your own as well.

Sessions are 60 minutes long and have no expiration date

•Single Session (In Person) $100.00

•5 Sessions (In Person) $490.00

•10 Sessions (In Person) $960.00

•Monthly Subscription Up to 3 sessions a week. 3 Month minimum commitment recurring payment. May cancel after 3 months. (In Person) $600
